How are you finding people who are actually asking for what you built?
We launched three months ago. Cold email is dead for us and ads are burning cash. I keep hearing people say they find customers in threads and replies but I have no idea how to do that without spending all day scrolling.

The thing that worked for us was picking five places where our buyers already complain, then checking them once a day instead of all day. We keep a short list of phrases buyers use, search those, and only reply when we can answer the question without pitching. Usually one useful reply out of ten turns into a conversation. If it helps, I can share the phrase list we started with.
